Names of mourners

We can arrange for the names of the mourners to be collected when they come to the service. We assign a reporter (or two) to take down the names of people as they arrive. This gives the best chance of catching everyone. Alternatively we can provide cards for mourners to write down their names. This is less intrusive but is likely to catch fewer people.

We do not take the names of the immediate family. If you would like the list of names to be complete in the report you will need to let us have these.

If you would like to have the report printed in the Gazette or other  local  paper we can  arrange for this. You might like to include some biographical details, if so, you will have to let us have them, although this can be after the funeral. We cannot guarantee when the report will be published because it is determined by the amount of room the Gazette has available.
